My Own Restaurant

I have my own restaurant courtesy of Playfish, the same group who came up with Pet Society. Well, a cyber restaurant that is.

Actually, Restaurant City came first before Pet Society but I become addicted to Pet Society first.

The main scheme for Restaurant City is you'll have the chance to hire your own friends to become staff of your resto, may it be a cook, a waiter or a cleaner. Heck, you can even sack them if you want, but with it comes a $200 separation pay! Taray di ba?

Before there were only three food categories; Starters, Main & Desserts. But recently they added Drinks to their menu.



Every day there is a free ingredient and also a bonus ingredient if you answer the Daily Food Quiz correctly.

There is however a free ingredient on your first (read: only first) visit to a friend (friends at Facebook who's playing Restaurant City will be automatically your friend like in Pet Society). Unlike in Pet Society where there are coins in a single day if you visit your friends.

You can also trade ingredients with your friends on what they call "Street" (lock them if they are a hard to find ingredient!) as well as pick up garbage on your friend's resto! There's even an award if you're a Trash Stalker or a Garbage Guru! LOLz



But what I love about the most on this game (despite the fact that the food tip is only $2 on all food levels) is the challenging way of decorating your restaurant. You can participate in Restaurant Rankings. Mine's currently at 3.33 stars out of 5. Not bad since I don't have that grandeur resto. You can't rate your own friends though.

The only downside is the scarcity of the ingredients on the Market. It only sells three different kind of ingredients every day that ranges 2,100 coins up to 5,600 coins depending on the food.
