I was very honored to have chatted with the chairman of the Hari Ng Negros - Ginoong Canlaon pageant last week. And boy, he sent some never before seen of Mr. Bacolod City, Stalin Lescano Jr.
He is my front-runner for this year's Hari Ng Negros 2008.
I actually made a prediction last year that Paulo Mirasol will win (and oh he did!), and this year it's Bacolod City once again! First time I saw Stalin's pic on the official site, I fell in love with him. Nyahaha!
