Jive has shown great respect for David as a person, and as an artist, by not attempting to shoehorn him into something that he is not. The shy, humble, sometimes awkward but extraordinarily talented young man is what sets him apart from many in the crowd of artists currently in vogue. There is nothing common, or same old, same old about David Archuleta. The video conveys quite well a young man, on the cusp of manhood, navigating his way through those strange and sometimes confusing emotions about someone he's developing a "CRUSH" on... I'm not so old that I can't remember those feelings or relate :) Looking forward to his continued growth as a person, and as an artist..
