My friend at work shared this one to me, this particular scene is from the Japanese version of "Hana Kimi" (now being shown in GMA 7 of course).
It's very cute! Hehe! Will try to look for the DVD of this series tomorrow when me and Darwin hit Tutuban for some shopping, hehe!

actually both hana Kimi is good.... they have there own uniqueness. 4 me hana kimi of japan is funny but the Taiwanese hana kimi is dramatic. Try watching both and you'll fall inlove with the story hahahahha ... GOSH.. for me, mas maganda Hana Kimi Japan.. Siguradong di ka magsisisi sa HK Japan. Meron rin ibang kissing scene si Sano sa ibang lalake bukod sa pinost mo sa blog mo ^^
