Lea Salonga - Sa Ugoy Ng Duyan

This is a classic rendition of "Sa Ugoy Ng Duyan" by Ms. Lea Salonga.

To every mom in the world, who sacrificed, toiled, sweat (and even bled) and loved us ever since we came out of this world...and especially to my mom...

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

Julie Anne San Jose - Broken Vow

Julie Ann San Jose sings the theme song "Broken Vow" for the GMA-7 teleserye with the same name.

Very pretty. She's the reason why I watch PP. If I were straight, I'd go for a girl with a face, talent and personality like hers! ;-)

Too bad this won't be on the billboards due to that EDSA billboard ruling for men in bulging underwear.

Well, there are no bulges here. Nevertheless, this won't make it for the so called 'purists'. (End of rant) LOL

Scott Alan - Look (A Rainbow)

UPDATE: The CD is actually set for release this fall and Lea Salonga's version is Track 10 of Album Two. YAY! Click here to view the full track list.

Scott Alan singing "Look, A Rainbow" performed at 'A Better Holiday: A Concert to Benefit the It Gets Better Project' at Joe's Pub on Monday, December 5, 2011.

Alan originally wrote the song for the 'IT GETS BETTER' campaign from the point of view of my present self talking to his younger self.

Lea Salonga sang this song on the April 30 Scott Alan event and I heard it will have a sort of 'studio' recording of the songs performed that night, just like his previous CD release "Dreaming Wide Awake," "Keys: The Music of Scott Alan" and "What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up."

His music is really magical, if not inspiring. If truth be told, Lea can actually do an album of Scott Alan songs! Oh, I'm daydreaming again! LOL
