Lea Salonga - No Sky Too Big

Posted by Dave Montero on 7/11/2008 11:43:00 AM 0 comments

I am really hoping they will release the concert video for "My Life...On Stage!" 'cos I failed to watch it.

This is a very nice song. Hmm, don't have an idea if this is an original material or not. I'm not familiar with the song though.

Mariah Carey - I'll Be Lovin' U Long Time (music video)

Special thanks to William of Cebu for texting me that this music video is finally out. It's been ages! Hehe!

Hmm, didn't personally like the video. The scenery (and the dolphin!) is great but it lacks depth though. "Don't Forget About Us" is better.

Kyla - Without You

Posted by Dave Montero on 7/09/2008 04:01:00 PM 1 comments

This is for Agent J, yet again! Hehe!

Ganito kita ka-miss kahit isang araw lang tayo di nagkikita..

Now that we've ventured to a whole new phase of our relationship, I'm very positive my sun will shine each and every day of my life.

So pa'no yan, do we need to buy color coded hangers for our clothes?! Harr harr!

Seriously J, there's still a lot more to come. Hope you'd sit tight and stay on the road with me.

Ryan Cabrera - How 'Bout Tonite

(Live from Long Island)

My current fave track from his latest CD, "The Moon Under Water".

Loved the intro! Hehe! It's a good song actually, very mature Ryan.

Tina Arena - So Far Away

Posted by Dave Montero on 7/04/2008 08:14:00 AM 1 comments

Wow! And she covered one of my all-time fave songs! I fell all over again with this song, haay....

I love her runs around the 2:24 mark. ("There's so many dreams I have yet to find...")

Very nice!

This song is by the way a cut from her 2007 CD "Songs of Love & Loss".

Heard this one in McDonald's-Shaw when Agent J and I are having breakfast last week.

I've long wanted to have this song, but I am not familiar with it. Apparently, it has been covered many times.

Yeng Constantino - Sabihin Mo Na

Posted by Dave Montero on 7/03/2008 06:55:00 AM 1 comments

YAY! I never thought I'd post a Yeng Constantino entry here in my blog, but here it is. LOLz

And if it wasn't for this Top Suzara hit song, I wouldn't post this.

Truth is, I also like Yeng's version of the song. Unlikely for a female to sing this type of song though.
