This was from last Thursday morning, January 10. Vehicular accident involving a jeepney and an ambulance caught in CCTV in the intersection of J.P. Rizal-Kalayaan in Brgy. East Rembo, Makati City.
So who's at fault? Should the jeepney driver stopped at mid-Yellow traffic light? Or was it too late for him to do so? Was the ambulance driver aware that he's speeding in the other lane and will be crossing over to the right lane in an intersection?
