The Miss Universe Organization officially announces on their website that Filipina Beauty Queen and Miss Universe 2011 3rd Runner-up Shamcey Supsup will host "Miss Universe 2012: On The Scene" that will feature a behind-the-scene coverage of the candidates through the Miss Universe YouTube channel.
