Volcanoes qualify for 2013 Rugby World Cup Sevens

The Philippine Volcanoes celebrate their third place finish at the Singapore Sevens. The win also meant that they qualify for the 2013 World Cup in Moscow.

This is great news! I'm happy that the Philippine Volcanoes are doing better and I'm praying that finally the country will finally place a spot in the World Cup!
