This is great, but I fear that most Filipinos (myself included, I guess) may not afford the entrance fees to the theme park.

A one-way bus ride from Manila to Olongapo costs around 210 pesos. That is if you're alone. Eh yung pabalik pa?

But if it's a once in a lifetime experience to go there, why not?

The nearest would be Hong Kong Disneyland, that's an option.

Nevertheless, if this will push through, I hope it will be in my lifetime.
