Corazon Aquino, First Female Philippine President (1933-2009)

The Philippines' 11th and first female President, María Corazón "Cory" Cojuangco Aquino joined the Lord today.

My deepest condolences to the family & friends of Ms. Aquino.

Your efforts and love for the country will always be remembered.

    Good night Tita Cory. Thank you for being a shining light during the dark days of this country. Thank you for all your sacrifices for love on country. Thank you for being a shining example for all of us. Today we have a new bright yellow star casting its light over this beautiful country.
