I received another Customer Survey!
This is the second time I received a 100% on all areas - Agent Cared, Customer Satisfaction and Issue Resolution.
YAY!
The call was made last October 6, 2007, 2:05 ~ 2:47am. The call was around 42 minutes! When in fact, it is already a second attempt so it is an outbound call because during the first call, it really took time to reconfigure the issue so I had to callback the customer the next day.
And the comment that he wrote on the survey were touching as well. He was very patient with our troubleshooting and so was I. We did a quick fix on his file and voila! His Sales No. on his application is already incrementing!
Bless his soul for that 100% scores that he gave! LOLz
